Who We Are

Lanarkshire Badminton is a collective name/brand that is represented by both the Lanarkshire Badminton Group (LBG) and Lanark Area Schools Badminton Association (LASBA).  The LBG is 1 of 9 Badminton Scotland Regional Groups that has a remit of delivering local, regional & national competitions as well supporting clubs, coaches, volunteers & players locally.  LASBA is the badminton schools group that represents Lanarkshire and is 1 of 18 Scottish Schools Badminton Union (SSBU - arms-length association to Badminton Scotland that deals with National Schools Competition).  Both organisations work closely with aim to support, promote and deliver quality opportunities for people to play & compete in badminton across Lanarkshire.
